Governance and Administrative Structure Development

While there are some basic governance and administrative tenets that must be in place for any organization to succeed, pmpm® believes that the ultimate business structure must reflect the goals and objectives of the individuals committed to the organization. Our consulting team works with clients to fine tune or redefine their governance and/or administrative structure so that it supports efforts to achieve business objectives. Most often such projects begin with an organizational, political and environmental assessment to produce and objective overview of strengths, weaknesses and issues. During this process key features of various governance/management structures are reviewed and recommendations developed as to what pmpm® believes will work best for a client and why. Often we find all that is needed is clarification of roles, coaching as to process and specific guidelines for communication and decision making. pmpm® works with clients to achieve the structure and an understanding of the governance process that will improve the effective and efficiency of their organizations.
