MSO and PHO Development, Evaluation, Restructure

physician groups.

We work with clients to establish oversight structures as well as set goals and objectives for MSO development or restructure, including resolution of issues of governance, equity of ownership, centralization or decentralization, group philosophy and physician compensation modeling.

In developing shared risk agreements that align incentives, we work with physicians
and hospital partners so that each may benefit by lowering patient days measured
against quality.

Utilizing solid practical, legal and financial strategies consistent with a client's environmental reality, we assist in the preparation of legal, fiscal and regulatory documents, assessment of market conditions, development of business and marketing plans, and the exploration and establishment of physician/hospital electronic data linkage.
