Management Information System Selection and Installation

We work with our clients to develop criteria and a process for selecting the most appropriate management information system to capture, monitor and report clinical and financial information. We assist management in the preparation for installation of a new system, supporting a client through Go-Live. After installation of a system, we continue to work in refining data collection processes and analysis methodologies to support evidence-based decision making at the clinical and financial level.
