Ms. Wright brings to pmpm® Consulting Group Inc. Twenty years of experience in the health care field in senior level positions in hospital management and operations. She has specific expertise in the development of operational systems, including the design, implementation and ongoing oversight of performance monitoring processes. Her experience includes program and strategic planning, with a particular emphasis on physician initiatives. Since joining pmpm® her primary focus has been in the development of medical groups and MSO structures where identification of strategic initiatives and creation of financial pro forma and compensation plans have been key elements in ensuring project success.

In her role as a Vice President for Roseville Community Hospital in California, Ms. Wright initiated the strategic program for improving organization performance, and directed the design, implementation, and management of information reporting systems to support medical staff utilization and quality management programs. She was responsible for the hospital’s first medical manpower assessment and developed a medical resources strategy for successful recruitment of new primary care physicians.

Ms. Wright provided administrative leadership for physicians forming a contracting entity and subsequent oversight of the development of a management services organization for their continuing support.

Ms. Wright provides organizational and analytical expertise to pmpm® client projects involving environmental and operational assessments for strategic planning, including establishment of pro forma for testing financial feasibility. She has direct experience with development of medical groups and management services organizations, design of physician compensation plans, evaluation of physician employment agreements and practice acquisition proposals. Ms. Wright prepares business plans, drafts policy and procedure manuals and marketing materials, and directs and performs financial and data analysis relevant to physician performance.
