Turnaround and Interim Management

pmpm® Consulting Group Inc. has a strong track record in successfully "fixing" organizations suffering from failed administrative and financial management. Our team has the knowledge and experience to identify what needs to be done to turn the organization around, and the skill to gain the confidence and cooperation of the Board, staff and other stakeholders required to implement lasting change to achieve financial solvency.

The pmpm® team evaluates current operational and financial systems, policies, procedures and practices and develops a corrective action plan. While turnaround recommendations may not be easy to accept, they will address the changes fundamental to the survival of the organization.

We oversee implementation of the turnaround plan, including hands-on management wherever necessary, to provide direction, education and staff training.

We recommend and establish an appropriate infrastructure (chain of command, policies, procedures and practices) to support effective operations and ensure the internal capability to sustain quality performance on an ongoing basis.

We renegotiate contracts to achieve financial stability and install utilization and
financial management systems to track and trend performance and assure a
successful turnaround.
